About me
Marion Raymond
My name is Marion Raymond, I am a pianist.
I started piano at the age of 6 and joined the Regional Conservatory of Montpellier, where I followed a complete program for over twelve years.
I studied:
- piano
- music theory and musical training
- singing
- sight-reading
- theory and musical analysis
This demanding training allowed me to acquire a solid technical foundation and a deep understanding of musical language.
I also participated in international competitions in Paris, notably the FLAME and UFAM competitions, where I received prizes and gold medals.
My repertoire extends from baroque to contemporary, including classical and romantic, as well as popular music and film scores.
I am deeply passionate about music and love sharing this passion.
My teaching and sensitivity are rooted in the rigor of my conservatory training: I guide young and old with high standards, care and enthusiasm, to learn effectively in a structured environment while cultivating the joy of playing.
"Because progress yes — but always with pleasure."
